My generator was running and shut down. How do I restart it?
Locate the control panel inside the top lid of your generator. Read what the control panel is saying and record (taking a screenshot with your cell phone is a great way to record this). Using the control panel, press the OFF button. Then press the ESCAPE button. Then press the ENTER button. This will clear any fault codes. Press the MANUAL button on the controller. The generator should crank and start. If the generator starts and runs for 1 minute, press the AUTO button. Your generator will shut down automatically.
